02/09: Well, that didn't take long...
After a summer of vacations, exams, overtime, slacking, and a couple of people getting pwned in a car crash we got Arthas down. Huzzah! Gratz to our new Kingslayers, and thanks to everyone who's perservered through the dry summer months! ;)

06/08: Kitty Spins recruiting raiders
We're current looking for skilled and reliable ranged DPS and healers to clear the current content and to prepare for Cataclysm so that we can hit the ground running. Applicants should:
* Be over 16
* Have enough self discipline and motivation to get the best out of their character without badgering by an officer or raidleader.
* Be able to accept valid criticism about their performance and be able to act on it
* Be able to attend two raids a week, for the full duration of the raid (Mondays and Thursdays, 8pm - 11pm server time)
* Be able to speak, write and understand English to a high standard
* Have prior ICC experience
* Have a healthy sense of humour and a thick skin
We're not looking for people that say they want to raid then are only available once in a blue moon. We're not looking for people that need constant handholding and spoonfeeding to get the best out of their class, and to get through the encounters. We're not looking for people who stop signing as soon as progress hits a bump on a tricky boss, and then start re-signing once its on farm. We're looking for loyal, dedicated people who want to get the best out of their class and the most out of the end game content.
04/06: Good News, Everybody!
Congratulations to two of the Kitty ladies - Tigerlily has popped and given birth to a beautiful bouncing little dude, and Liililitha has finished her degree, so is no longer a filthy, Pot Noodle eating student!

Yes, it was the time for the healers to have their day in the sun as DPS were relegated to wave killing monkeys as we rescued ze dragon.

30/03: Kitty Spins recruiting
We're looking for reliable ranged DPS and healers to add to our raiding teams! Progress currently stands at:
10-man ICC: 11/12 (Wednesdays and Tuesdays, 8pm - 11pm)
25-man ICC: 8/12 (Thursdays and Mondays, 8pm - 11pm)
Applicants should:
* Be 16+
* Be able to attend our 25 man raids on Mondays and Thursdays, 8pm - 11pm, without interruption
* Be online ready for invites at 7.45pm, fully prepared.
* Have prior knowledge of the tactics - if it's a new encounter, then we expect you to have read up on it
* Have Ventrillo and Deadly Boss Mods or Big Wigs installed. This is not optional.
So what classes are you looking for?
Currently we're considering any outstanding applications from ICC-ready raiders. However, we are particularly interested in warlocks, hunters, shamans, a boomkin and possibly even a rogue! We're fairly well stocked on paladins and priests, but as mentioned previously will consider excellent applicants.
What do you mean about reliable?
We are primarily a fun, social guild. We do take raiding seriously however, and find that people who piss about with raiding (signing and not showing, being invited to a raid and not having Vent, not having money for repairs or flasks) are actually the opposite of 'fun' and 'social' - letting down fellow guildies is not what we expect from any Kitty Spins members, be they raiders or social.
We expect raiders to sign up for both the fresh restart AND continuation raids. We expect them to be able to raid both Mondays and Thursdays every week. 'Reliable' isn't joining a guild, not bothering to sign up for half the raids, then bleating about a lack of raiding.
The questions on our application are there for a reason, so answer them honestly - don't waste our time, or your own, if you can't put in the effort we expect from our raiders.
So, if you're a focussed, skilled and reliable individual with a sense of fun, who wants to down bosses in a cat-themed guild, apply via the recruitment forum!
10/03: Drawings wot were made
Ioa the young whippersnapper snuck in to claim Paint glory with his rendition of Festergut...
But was countered by Nibblox's rendition of the Blood Mincers!
Incidentally, we've now closed recruitment, so are only considering social and truly exceptional raiding applications. Pip pip!
